I called and made an appt with Sean. Sean never showed up or even called. When I called his office phone number, a woman answered the phone, sounding like I was a huge bother to her, and only said "hello" in a perturbed voice. When I asked for Sean, she said he was not available, and when I asked if I could leave a message, she got upset and simply hung up on me. Not sure what is going on here, but if this is how they treat a potential customer who is trying to give them money, I can only imagine the horror later if and when any warranty or repair issues arise. Not recommended.
