“I really appreciate the customer service at Eco Dry Cleaner World. I don’t write reviews often, but felt this was deserved. I had my wedding dress cleaned and pressed here before my wedding and everything went great. Months later, I brought my wedding dress back here to have it cleaned, pressed, repaired, and preserved in a keepsake box. The whole process took about 3 weeks, which I didn’t mind. I wasn’t in a rush. I went back to collect my dress when they said it would be ready and it wasn’t. I understood things can take longer than expected. They said it would be ready the next day and it was. They apologized again for the delay and offered to refund me the cost of the keepsake box. I didn’t get upset with them or ask for a refund. They just offered. I expressed my gratitude and they also offered to load the box into my car as it was pretty big. My dress is preserved in a beautiful keepsake box with window that I can look at anytime for years to come. If you need a dry cleaner, this place is affordable and has great customer service. I will be back the next time I need service.“

“This place never fails to impress. Dropped two jackets/pants off and both came back immaculate but they really make the effort to go above and beyond. One pair of pants needed a slight repair on the cuff but upon pickup, they not only fixed that but they handled a repair on the other pair as well completely complementary without me even mentioning it. It’s a bit out of the way for me to come here but it’s always worth the trip - they will always have my business.“
