I had my wedding dress cleaned and pressed here before my wedding and everything went great. Months later, I brought my wedding dress back here to have it cleaned, pressed, repaired, and preserved in a keepsake box. The whole process took about 3 weeks, which I didn’t mind. I wasn’t in a rush. I went back to collect my dress when they said it would be ready and it wasn’t. I understood things can take longer than expected. They said it would be ready the next day and it was. They apologized again for the delay and offered to refund me the cost of the keepsake box. I didn’t get upset with them or ask for a refund. They just offered. I expressed my gratitude and they also offered to load the box into my car as it was pretty big. My dress is preserved in a beautiful keepsake box with window that I can look at anytime for years to come. If you need a dry cleaner, this place is affordable and has great customer service. I will be back the next time I need service.“

“I have used American Cleanser for many years but never left a review. I think I might have taken their good service for granted. Today when I called to check if a small alteration could be done within today as I needed my garment tomorrow morning. The Orlando location would close in 5 minutes from the time I called, but the lady on the phone was very empathetic and gave me a number of their Winter Park location since they closed at a later time. I called and told them the same story, the gentleman on the phone who does the alteration said “Don’t worry, bring it in. You need it tomorrow, so I will finish it today. Okay?” I felt like he was comforting a family member or a friend. And from my past experiences with them. Their work is on top of the world. Every one inside the store is very nice. 👍“
