I love this place. They’ve always done a great job, but I especially wanted to write a review because their customer service is wonderful. As a small business I understand the importance of personalized customer service, where you don’t just feel like a number or $$. A dwindling art in businesses these days. I’ve only randomly gone in the past couple of years, but over the last few weeks I’ve been in 2-3 times and today Al greeted me by my name. It shocked me he remembered! Then he greeted by name the next client after me. WOW! They are so lovely (seems like a family business) and great dry cleaning.
