Orchid is hands down the best laundry service we’ve worked with. Daniel and his team consistently go above and beyond for their clients. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority—they make sure every detail is taken care of and that you get exactly what you need.
We recently scheduled a pickup at my wife’s salon around 2pm, but timing didn’t align as planned and she had to leave before they arrived. Without hesitation, Daniel coordinated with his driver and arranged a new meeting spot closer to I-4 to ensure we still had everything cleaned and delivered in time for our trip.
