“Issac did a very thorough inspection of the roof. He found hail damage on a large section. Suggested it may be covered by insurance. If insurance reviews and accepts the claim the cost of my new roof will be minimal. I am thrilled that he took the time and effort to do this and to potentially save me big money on a reroof that I need to do anyway.“

“The entire team from John our sales person, Shane the owner, the roofers, the gutter installation husband and wife team right down to Amanda the secretary were professional and courteous. John went above and beyond by painting our rusted chimney cap with rustoleum to make it look better and last longer. We discussed with John, the possibility of keeping the gutter inserts and using them in the new gutters. During the process of removing the old shingles and gutters, the inserts were thrown away. When Shane came to inspect the roof, I mentioned it to him and he said that they would replace them. The actual roof replacement was done a week earlier than scheduled and that was a plus. The supplies and the dumpster arrived as planned. An added remark, I don’t know the gentleman’s name but, he came the day after the job was done and searched all around the house for any nails that might have been missed on cleanup. John returned as well to inspect the roof and gutters to see if we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Quality First to anyone that would like to work with an exceptional company.“
