I needed new verticals for the living room and curtains for the front bedroom. I wasn't sure about 72 Hour Blind Factory but when I went to the store and saw all awards on their window, I felt comfortable. I made an appointment and Lisa came out and measured the windows. When the order arrived, she came out with an installer and everything took less than two hours. To say I am pleased with the results is an understatement. I am delighted. Lisa is great.

I have been using 72 hour blinds for years. Ordering my new blinds was so easy. Lisa is a big help asking questions about things you dont even think of! She visits your home to measure. Let's you know when shades are done and returns to hang them. Schedules appointment window, then also calls 15 minutes before arrival.
She's sooooo nice and patient.
My new shade is beautiful and exactly what I wanted!

We ordered solar shades for our sunroom in March 2026. Lisa came to measure and installed approximately 3 weeks later. She was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our blinds!
