After reading reviews from several local roofing companies, it was quite shocking that some of the most heavily advertised businesses were indeed some of the worst. I read several dozen reviews of Quality First Roofing and everyone rated 5 stars and extremely happy. They certainly lived up to their reputation . I have never seen a crew work as hard and efficiently as the ones that did our roof. We had significant issues with rot from the previous owners ill advised "shingle over". Dennis Wells was our Company Rep and he was excellent at explaining how they number the sheets of plywood and take pictures of where the new pieces were put in. If you want peace of mind knowing you are getting an honest company that will use the best of materials and stand behind their product and workmanship, I highly recommend Quality First Roofing.
I would definitely suggest quality first roofing if you are Needing a new roof. They were very Professional and efficient. They also cleaned up Their roofing supplies, which is a big place in my book! Andy was the most helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the roof installed quickly (we had damage). He also helped me figure out the insurance paperwork which I greatly appreciated. Bottom line if you need a roof definitely call Quality First.
Great roofing company. Had an entire shingle roof replacement, with new soffit and fascia, as well as all new gutters. Roofing materials and debris dumpster delivered as scheduled day before roofers showed up. On roofing day, workers laid down tarps around the entire perimeter of the house before starting. Got the job done essentially in one day. An afternoon thundershower got them off the roof and waiting under the awning for an hour or so, but as soon as it lightened up a bit, they were back at it.
