Our quoted price for the project was very good and they also provided me with a drywall contractor’s number. Even when we thought that the dryer vent was accidentally thrown away (it wasn’t), Andrew went and bought a new one and installed it for me. Exceptional communication and professionalism! I did a few estimates online first going to some well know chains.. i then decided to check locally and I am so glad I did. I saw Prime steamers was very close to me so i checked out the website. My appointment was 12/30 and David arrived on time. He wore shoe covers, and explained the process and how long it would take. He took exactly the time he said (2 hours) and cleaned and vacuumed after the upholstery cleaning process. My couch looks amazing! The service and value is well worth the cost of the cleaning. I need my grout cleaned and he gave me an estimate while at my home. He was fantastic. I will be booking out grout cleaning service soon.
