I desperately needed my sectional and ottoman cleaned. Between a dog and a baby, the stains were an eye sore. I did a few estimates online first going to some well know chains.. i then decided to check locally and I am so glad I did. I saw Prime steamers was very close to me so i checked out the website. I love that all the prices are online and you can book your appointment online. The price was great in comparison to some of the chains. I quickly booked my appointment and immediately received a text confirming they got my inquiry. Love that. We had David from Prime Steamers clean our carpeting several weeks ago. We were extremely pleased with the results. He pre-treated the entire carpeting and cleaned every- where. The carpet looked clean and brighter when he was done and and it feels so nice. David was also polite, careful, on-time and very hard-working.
