Staff that handles primary care for assisted living facilities are fantastic! April, an NP is knowledgeable and so personable. She has patience and kindness working with seniors. My mom is in her late 90s and appreciates April as do I and the rest of the family. Yessie too is outstanding and on top of appointments, and is great about returning calls in a timely manner even during busy times. I give this group 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ !!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this facility and its staff. Being seen and cared for in a very thorough way even after leaving the premise was not what I had expected. My insurance was not in network so I had to pay out of pocket and it was well worth the expense (Which was less than I expected) considering the level of care they provided me with when my regular provider failed me by not calling me back for an appointment to be seen for days now. I wish all care providers would treat their patients this way. Much love, keep up the great work! You are all making a difference in a broken system.
Very happy with this practice. Was seen promptly and diagnosed quickly ! Staff is amazing , great care by NP Derek , Nurses Wendy Whitney and Lily and Cat Scan technician… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
