The staff at this location was excellent very professional and took care of everything. They walked me through the lab work, and answered all my questions. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this medical facility to friends and family.
We are traveling from Colorado and we took my M-I-L here, and outside of the 45 minute wait time (which was expected for an urgent care), the staff and nurse and PA we saw were absolutely fabulous. Kind, patient and listened to my 87 year old mother-in-law. She was very happy with her care.
A huge thank you to Marciel Ortiz and the entire team! They graciously worked me in at the last minute for a test, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to find a team that is this accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. I truly appreciate the exceptional care and would highly recommend Marciel Ortiz and the team to anyone looking for outstanding service.
