Great place was here taking my sick baby in Janine at front desk was amazing made sure I understood my first parental visit very helping, the nurse Alexa was amazing she took care of my baby and made sure I understood how my baby was doing made sure my baby was all smiles even if my baby had snot bubbles coming out Alexa was very professional liked her hair, I have dyed hair and seeing a professional medical personnel with dyed hair is always good for the work culture keeps things fun Kim the DR was amazing she showed me how to hold my baby’s head so she won’t get crazy she also made sure my baby was comfortable and good she was quick and professional amazing work...read full review

By pre-making an appointment upon my arrival, I waited no longer than five minutes. I was greeted very politely, and very professionally by the receptionist I believe her name was Janine. The doctors assistant was polite, professional, and very thorough. within minutes I was introduced to my physician named Jeff. He listened to my concerns and had answers for every question. The Doctor assured meif I followed his protocol that I should be fine. He made sure to let me know if I felt that any time I needed to see him again he would be happy to make himself available for a future visit. It’s never fun going to Urgent Care…but I can tell you, the receptionist Janine and her wonderful colleague (sorry, didn’t catch her name) were amazing.Were an Urgent Care a restaurant, I would say it’s a “must go”! But, urgent care is urgent care, so I’ll instead say, “If you must go, you are in great hands with MD Now and their amazing, caring employees!”
