“Love this walk in always get in and out with out a three hour wait like you do with med now . The office is really clean and the staff is nice . I will say if you are sick make sure you bring a mask they don’t have them laying out . I’m sure if you ask they will give you one .“

“EVERYONE in the office is very friendly, proficient, and professional. There are no crazy wait time for your appointment. They take their time with you and really listen to you. They care about their patients. They will call and check on you after your appointment if you went in for a sick visit. Call with any test results as soon as they receive them. They also have a Care Management Program where if you have a chronic condition they enroll you for monthly condition status and prescriptions calls.“

“I transferred to the Heritage Harbor location from another SMH facility as I wasn’t happy with the therapist I was seeing. Wow! What a difference! I see Kristi and she is absolutely amazing! So caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her enough. She is always looking for techniques or tools that would be beneficial to me. Kristi even recommended oncology therapy which has helped me. Michelle is my oncology therapist and she is also a wealth of knowledge and encouraging! I highly recommend Kristi and Michelle at Heritage Harbour. I’m so fortunate to have them assisting me in my journey. I can’t forget about Kayley who greets me as I enter with a smile!
