“I love belonging to Body fitness! I have been a member for 4 years and have really enjoyed the personal training. My trainer is Jeff, he has helped me get fit mentally and physically. I had my left and right shoulders totally replaced. When I was cleared to work out again, Jeff tailored my workout to accommodate my range of motion. Thank you Donna, John, Jeff for all your help you 3 are very caring and accommodating and have become friends of mine. I also am enjoying the classes including the class "Strong", Thank you Melissa, t aleo he Restoritive yoga, weight training , Zumab and weights with Donna is absolutely wonderful, Zumba with Lindsay and circuit and weight training whith Ginny! So much fun, friends, laughs and a lot of sweat! Thanks to every single one of you.“
