“We were long overdue ,for a good cleaning , but they just gained a new loyal customer. The guy was on time, professional , did an amazing job and just Wowed us overall.“

“We had to have remediation due to a dishwasher leak. We had a few companies look at the job and give us estimates, and we spoke with friends. The feedback we got on SERVPRO was positive, so we contacted them. Robert Lay came out to see the job. We liked his attitude, plus their estimate was the most reasonable. Shawn and the team started the work on February 17th in the afternoon. They moved out our furniture and set up the plastic sheeting. The following day, they demolished the kitchen cabinets, removed the living room carpet, took down the lower half of the dividing wall between the two rooms, and installed several air scrubbers. Everything was thoroughly wiped down over the next few days, and they checked in daily to ensure the machines were functioning properly. On the 26th, the hygienist came out to retest, and Shawn came to meet with him, which he was not required to do. The next day, we learned we had passed with flying colors! The job lasted 10 days and was painless (aside from the sound of the scrubbers which couldn't be helped!), thanks to the SERVPRO team who were thorough, responsible, friendly, and helpful! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!“
