I am recommending Servpro of Lakeland due to the excellent assistance we received by Robert Lay. He arrived at the appointed time, was friendly and listened well to our concerns and questions about mildew in our home. He explained in understandable language what they do and as much information as was needed for us to realize the Servpro service is more than we require.
He didn’t just leave it at that. Even though we were not going to use them he told us some things to do to clean the mildew and then possible ways to mitigate future issues. If I had a large need for mold removal I would definitely hire Servpro of Lakeland to do the job due to the value of the in home call by employee Robert Lay.

Moved into my place on Thursday & had refrigerator leaking water in the kitchen, laundry, hall, & dinning room. Kyler & Shawn & team provided excellent service - they came out immediately putting out fans/blowers & dehumidifier, eventually removing some flooring as needed & checked in daily.
Even noted my dryer hose needed cleaning while checking behind it for water damage.
Excellent service, kind & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
