“I was suggested to come to this place. I’m not from Florida when my baby passed away. I felt so uncomfortable to be honest with you and I was a mess. I looked a hot mess. I brought him in there for them to take his body, and for me to get a memorial for him going these people treated me with love and kindness. They gave me free water or juice. They let me say goodbye to him properly . The whole time I was sitting there wondering if I looked crazy in the lobby crying like that. But to my heartfelt surprise , I got my mail today a week after he passed and they sent me a handwritten card from all the staff there & doctor . Filled with kind words, love , and hope I needed .I am so touched and deeply moved. Honestly it really meant a lot to me and it brought me to tears. I highly suggest going here for the love, empathy, & understanding that a pet parent needs to be strong, supported, and cared about . I will be bringing my next baby in the future here when I have healed and it’s time for a new family member for trusted love and care . I’ve never had so much support and love from any veterinary place before like this . Thank you for everything . I am only going here for as long as I am living in the area from now on .
