Today we had our A/C completely replaced. Craig and Al were so efficient, professional and knowledgeable during the entire process. Before leaving for the day they took the time to explain a few aspects of our new A/C unit. My husband and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work! We would definitely recommend this company to everyone!
We moved into our house just over a year ago and discovered this week that the drain line for the AC was clogged which resulted in an overflow. I called Aldons, since they were the ones that installed the AC for the previous owners and we couldn't be more happy with their response and outstanding service.
I left a message first thing in the morning and received a call back right away. A service call was scheduled and Richard (technician) arrived within the arrival window and proceeded to remedy the issue.
In conjunction with the problem call, we signed up for a new Service Contract and Richard took care of the semi-annual service on the spot.
