Al and Ralph did a wonderful job installing my new A/C system. I know it's their profession, but having to work in the heat and humidity of Florida's summer cannot be easy, on top of the afternoon thunderstorm which made their task more difficult, but they got the system installed in one day. Also, while I have had Aldon's as my A/C service provider for years, it's when you have to have something like this done that you find out what kind of business they really are. The charge was exactly what was quoted, no surprises, and it took considerable modifications to fix the issues caused by whoever installed the old system in the past. We had a frustrating intermittent cooling problem with our relatively new HVAC system, and Aldons stayed with it until they found the cause. What impressed me most was that they didn't jump to replacing expensive parts or try to sell us something we didn't need. Instead, they methodically worked through the problem.
The technicians found several issues, including algae in the condensate drain, a faulty secondary float switch, and a drain configuration that needed to be corrected. They returned promptly when the problem persisted, reworked the drain piping, explained what they were doing, and made sure the system was operating correctly.

I’ve used Aldons AC a couple of times over the past 2 years and I wished I had known how to leave a review before. Robert, the technician is incredible, kind, professional and knows his craft. Antonia (prob spelled wrong) in the office is so very nice and helpful as well. I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with out here. AAAAA+ workmanship and people. THANK YOU‼‼‼‼
