If you need to complete a sleep study for any reason, TestSmart makes it easy. You will receive a small box with a device for your wrist and an oxygen sensor for your finger. When you add the app to your phone and pair the device all you need to do is sleep! There are no wires or beeping monitors making sleep difficult. After completing two nights with the device you simply mail it back wait to hear from your HCP who will receive the report directly from TestSmart.

It was very easy to use but you have to have a smart phone and some people still don’t have a cell phone. My husband hates them so he wouldn’t be able to use it unless they have another way of doing it but other than that it’s pretty simple.

Very easy process. I had a sleep test done 18 years ago and was hooked up to about 20 different wires on my body. I was in a cold hospital setting and then told to go to sleep! It was one of the roughest nights of sleep when I even could. This was much easier in the comfort of my own bed!
