Sure, you may get someone on a day they shouldn't be at work coz they're being a jerk, or you shouldn't have came because you're being a jerk. It happens.

But in the last three years, every employee at the Lake City VA has been nothing but wonderful to me, and I no longer get stressed out when I have to go.
