Black member and love the 30 minute workout and hydro massage. Sometimes other members don’t follow the policy and stay on the machine. The manager gave me his mobile number and is working on improving. He kindly listened to the feedback. Great leader helping his team.

Today there was a miscommunication on our family’s account. I just wanted to thank Val, one of planet fitnesses’ employees. She was very kind and professional within minutes the situation was resolved. She even went out of her way to give me a personal call to reassure and confirm that it was resolved. Thank you!

Glad to have been in the area visiting friends and found this location. Black Card member room had all my favorite things. Very clean location and machines are up to date. Staff was friendly.
