I dropped in at CrossFit Sea Dog twice during a trip to Jupiter, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Adam is a great coach and I enjoyed hearing about his plans for the gym. The facility itself is awesome - clean, nice layout, great equipment…I’ll be back on my next trip to Jupiter!
Wins the cleanest CrossFit gym award. I dropped in for a week while I was traveling during last year’s open. I got to witness the community rally and support each other. They are a very proud and exuberant bunch.
I love dropping in to this gym! The entire gym, equipment and restrooms are extremely clean and high quality. The members are friendly and very supportive. The programming is the right kind of challenging with various options to scale to your level. Adam and Kelli run CrossFit SeaDog the same way they run their annual SeaDog Summer Showdown competition: always so genuinely welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The ultimate professionals. They foster a culture and truly embody everything the CrossFit community is supposed to be. I am always excited to workout here and continue to support their competition every single year!
