“Work quality is good but communication from the office staff is poor, as messages are either not returned or not returned promptly. Scheduling is also delayed. In fact, if it weren't for Embick employee Jose Guilarte making an extra effort on my behalf, I would have called another roofer.“

I cannot more highly recommend their sevices for mold/water damage remediation—extremely professional, thorough and effective. I had a tricky water damage and black mold issue. Mark and Noeli comprehensively assessed my condo and accurately diagnosed the problem area/root cause (more on this below)—and coordinated and oversaw a full remediation and restoration solution. And the firms that they bring into the fold were equally superb. For me, beyond testing and diagnosis, as I was remote at the time, they were effectively project managers for me. They made what could have been a terrible experience, to one that was simple and easy, if not positive; always going above and beyond. I also want to give a shout out to them for their and their contractor’s work for putting the customer (me) at the center of their efforts: my condo association was adamant that the root cause was not the roof and therefore my responsibility. Mark and Noeli and team literally scientifically showed the source and flow of water through the concrete (moisture testing), which convinced the association it was indeed a deferred roof maintenance issue and that they needed to fix the roof (and they did)—and I have had no moisture issue since. Again, highly professional, courteous (delightful) and responsive team for mold/water remediation needs. I cannot speak more highly of their work.“

“Craig and Lupe put the roof on my vet clinic back in 2019 (when this dynamic duo worked for a different roofing company). They exceeded expectations by sending two crews and got the job done quickly to ensure business was minimally impacted. This year when my house needed a new roof of course I called Craig and Lupe again. They communicate. They are polite. The color match of the mortar to the tile is perfect. I have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood. Their work and customer service is superb. Furthermore, Craig’s vast knowledge and experience is far superior to the explanation that a neighbor received from the roofing company she had contracted for her roof. “Blackstone Kitchen and Baths did a fabulous job on the complete renovation of our bathroom in a cooperative building. The design was organized by Leah, who helped us select all components as well as tiles at the showroom in Jupiter. As part of the design, she measured everything and prepared a detailed plan. Raj managed all aspects of the construction, including coordination of approval from the HOA as well as all permits and inspections with the city. He made sure a layer of protective paper was put down on the floor of the apartment as well as plastic covering of the furniture in the living room. Raj made sure pictures of progress were posted on Buildertrend.com, which facilitated communications since we were not physically present for most of the constructio. The project included bathtub removal and installation of a walk in shower with barn door style shower doors, as well as new vanity and fixtures. New lighting and exhaust fan were also installed. Raj provided updates via text and phone. After completion, Raj made sure all debris was disposed of properly and had the apartment cleaned. Love the new bathroom. Great attention to detail and quality work. Very very happy with the results.“
