“Our project was much more than building a new pool. It included demolishing our existing pool and concrete deck and transforming our backyard with a new pool and spa, retaining wall, and marble paver deck. The project scope also included replacing our driveway, adding new walkways, and coordinating all new landscaping on our property. There were a lot of moving parts that involved multiple subcontractors. Ryan was involved from start to finish. He wasn’t just the project manager, he was also personally involved with many phases of our project, such as excavation, site work, and plumbing. At the same time, he coordinated his in-house crew and all of the subcontractors to keep the project moving. Having one person oversee every part of the project made a huge difference. Ryan was on-site regularly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We
