Ryan and his team completely remodeled an older condo I bought and made it look brand new!! I was sad leaving my home I had for so long but knew I needed to downsize. I would of never thought I'd be this happy in my new place. Neelz Contracting made my new condo better than I could of ever imagined! New flooring, 2 bathroom renovations, kitchen remodel, popcorn removal and paint job (painter was fantastic!), electrical and plumbing work. The communication and professionalism was much appreciated, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Neelz Contracting to anyone!

Neelz did a rather tricky beam replacement on a deck area on a house that I was renovating. Work was clean and efficient and workmen were pleasant to work with.

We had Ryan with Neelz Contracting do a full renovation of our living room, kitchen and laundry room. They had to remove the entire front of our house (cbs block) and move it back 6’ then match it up floors,, ceilings with stucco etc. then build us a beautiful laundry room. They did an excellent job they stayed on budget and schedule -fists class operation. Couldn’t say enough good things very good communication excellent excellent excellent!!
