Mark and Noeli were extremely thorough in their inspection and report. I really loved how they answered all of my questions and discussed everything that was going on with us. They sent us the air quality results as soon as they had them (a little over 24 hours later) which was a huge relief to make sure we didn’t have toxic levels/types of mold in the house. I would highly recommend using them!

We contacted Bernhardt to inspect a house we were considering buying. I left a message late afternoon and received a call back right away letting me know they could inspect the next morning at 10:00 am. Throughout the process they were extremely responsive, professional and met our schedule for the inspection results. Actually answered the phone whenever I called. Report was completed and emailed at 11:30 pm. in order to meet our deadline. Amazing! The best company we have worked with. Happy to recommend Bernhardt.
