The atmosphere is somehow hip and modern but homey and warm at the same time. I love the spa-like atmosphere, the hot towels, and they even had snack options! The staff was very welcoming. I was paired with Julia through the lady who booked the appointment, and Julia is literally an angel! She’s so kind and considerate and really listened to what I wanted. She walked me through each step of the process and made sure I was happy. I was going shorter, and I really appreciated that she cut a little off and had me look at it and then I asked to go shorter - literally the opposite experience I’ve had so many times before at other salons where too much was cut. We did a full highlight and tone, and I loved the scalp massage, and the ambiance in the sink room was so relaxing! Everyone was so nice and chill together and overall it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Thank you, Julia! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
