So incredibly patient, made sure that the holes would be in the perfect spot and talked us (the parents) through every step of the way. “UPDATED: After coming back to their Anastasia BLVD location and speaking with the owner, I not only got GREAT customer service, I was in and out in less than a half hour. Thank you for turning my bad experience into a great one! I definitely recommend that location and those artists in particular......................Worst customer service I have every experienced and I've been frequenting piercing and tattoo shops for 10 years. Waited 3 hours to have several people cut in front of me and convince the artist they were there before me. The only reason I haven't left is because I drove an hour after work to get here. There's no sign in sheet and no receptionist so it's he said she said. Wasted my entire Friday evening to not even get a tattoo. Don't bother coming here without an appointment and extra cash for random price changes!“

Extremely friendly, and redid the placement for the same mark multiple times. His apprentice was awesome as well. Prices are very affordable. Highly recommend coming here.“
