I can say without reservation that Ilene is the best Pilates instructor I have ever come across. After a few month of taking Ilene’s classes I was able to see a complete transformation in my body. Now I’m flexible and toned, have a strong core, and improved posture. Ilene taught me the correct Pilates form and how to activate my core. Ilene is a master pilates instructor and if I was able to give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend visiting this studio for a true Pilates experience with an expert pilates instructor.“

The parking lot should have a sign for compact cars only because people park pick up trucks in front of the studio. Sometimes it’s hard to book a class because it’s a busy studio.“

“Highly recommend training with Ana! As someone who does not typically do Pilates, Ana was very patient with teaching me the basics and she also created an environment that made me feel comfortable with something that I am not use to.
As someone who's training routine typically involves just weight training. I think that Pilates provides a different training stimulus that you cannot get with traditional strength training. So if you are looking to improve your deadlift, squat, or bench press. You'll be surprised with how much Pilates can benefit you!“
