You won’t find a more knowledgeable Pilates studio than this one here in Jacksonville. The whole crew has decades of knowledge and experience, and it’s just amazing to be a part of. They truly heal bodies here through Pilates and physical therapy, and just from a few classes so far I can already tell a huge difference in the way my body feels. You won’t see me at any Pilates studio besides this one!

Anna is my main pilates instructor and she is the absolute best! She is extremely knowledgable in many aspects of pilates. I thought I was coming to her for "fitness pilates" but in fact that is not what I needed or wanted. With her keen eye, intuition, and experience she has identified ways in which my body was compensating that really could have developed into major issues when I get older. I am so happy to be working on them now with her to prevent long term issues. Lynn, Sonia, Barbara and team are the absolute best! Have helped me so much with a low back injury, staying active throughout my entire pregnancy, and now I’m looking forward to starting back postpartum.

Synergy Studio is a fully equipped Pilates Studio and Physical Therapy Clinic established in 2000. Our Pilates sessions include private, semi-private, and group classes. Our approach to Physical Therapy focuses on the integration of whole body movement for optimal health and performance, therapist and patient work together with focused one-to-one treatments to achieve patient centered goals.Therapeutic interventions include: Schroth Scoliosis treatment, Pilates-evolved therapeutic exercise, Strain-Counterstrain, Myofascial Release, Vestibulo-ocular treatment. Massage therapy interventions including pre and post-natal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Reiki are available on site by appointment
