“I recently had to move out of Jacksonville and by far what I’ll miss the most is the reliability of Bark on Park. I am completely self aware that I am an overly anxious dog owner. I have tons of questions, I ask a lot of follow ups, and I have a long list of concerns a mile long about all things related to my dog. The folks at Bark never made me feel like a bother. They answered each question in-depth and with great assurance.I took my dog there for roughly three years and he always darted excitedly right through the front door and then he always left exhausted from play. If there was an issue, Bark immediately reached out. When I boarded him, if they had any questions related to his feeding, medication, etc. - they’d reach out. If I was running late from work, they’d accommodate. I have lived in a lot of cities and my dog has been in a lot of daycares, and I have never had more peace of mind when dropping Jax off here.I really can’t recommend this place enough and the thing I’ve been dreading the most since leaving Jacksonville is finding a place I’ll trust nearly as much. Really can’t thank everyone who’s worked here and treated our dog like family for all they’ve done for us!“

“The staff is very efficient and kind starting upon entry and throughout the visit.. Dr November is great with our challenging Tootsie and listens to all concerns and questions. This level of care has been consistently excellent throughout our 33 years and 7 dogs.“

“Amazing experience at Birch. I truly love and respect Dr. Gavron. She is professional, honest and caring. She was upfront with me and helped me feel at ease when my bunny Thumper was in trouble. With him being 8 years old, I was nervous for him to be worked on but Dr. Gavron was honest with me and she had a plan! Thumper had to go through a surgical procedure but he came out resilient! I appreciate the love and care from the whole staff and I am super grateful to Dr. Gavron.“

“I have lived in Jacksonville for the past 5 years and up until a few months ago I struggled to find a vet that was conveniently located for me, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. I took my dog here for the first time back in November due to an emergency. They took her in with no questions asked, and I felt so good about the experience, that I decided to make them my primary vet's office. Now I take all my pets here, and I've gotten better service in just a few months than my whole 5 years in Jacksonville combined. They are addressing pre-existing illnesses, and my pets have never been healthier. I trust the vets and vet techs here completely and I am thankful to have found this office. “I have been boarding my dogs for years at Fresh Prints for short stays and for up to 3 weeks. It is literally like dropping my dogs off at a family members home . I never worry about their safety or care. My dog Bruce had a minor emergency and Linda was going to drive him to the veterinarian herself but I was able to take him . I felt comfortable enough to take him back for them to care for them while I had a major surgery.
I can’t say enough about every single staff member and so appreciative of them.
They came home today with a beautiful plant and get well card signed with my dogs names ♥️

“I use Dogtopia when my 3 year old lab needs a bath and they do a great job. It's reasonably priced and he always come back super clean. It takes a couple hours but they'll call as soon as he's ready. I've used them for daycare/boarding a couple of times too and they are just as good. Dogtopia is definitely one of my go-to spots for my guy!“

Moody McCall and his son Chase are caring and knowledgeable as is their associate Heidi Chupp.The ancillary staff, especially Amber, Margie and Janet are awesome. We miss amber who retired. Mrs McCall rounds out the group with her presence.“

“Sugar has been going to this facility since day two of their opening and absolutely loves it! The caring attitude of the owners, Barbara and Peggy, and their staff make this an excellent home away from home for your fur babies. I just mention Dogtopia and the full body wiggles begin!!! You are always greeted there with happy smiling faces. If Barbara or Peggy are available, Sugar always gets good morning love from them when she arrives. She recently had a change of behavior when it came to wearing her vest, which I passed on to the owners and the staff. Because they know her so well, and are my second set of eyes and hands, they found a small lump on her chest which I had not felt. We are currently awaiting cytology results and I will be forever grateful for them knowing her so well and finding something that I had missed. The knowledge, professionalism and true caring of the animals makes this place like no other!!! Dogtopia Beach Blvd is part of our family.“

“I have a 3yr old yellow Labrador, brought him in for a cleaning which was long overdue. The process was super simple, he got your basic cleaning. Not sure what they put on him but it’s been a week and he is still so soft and no shedding!! He’s happier and feels amazing. Highly recommend, and it was affordable for us so it’ll be something we do often! Thank you for taking such good care of our Lando!“

“How to take my dog there. She was having issue with one knee. Excellent service. Doctors was really good. We have deck our pets over there before caps and dogs. They're very very good. They also offered laser therapy for your pets. Very good!“
