We have 10 pets: 5 rats, 4 cats, and a bunny. My daughter found Birch when looking for a vet for the rats and was so pleased by how they treated her and our rats that we decided all our pets should switch to them.

Dr. Windt is amazing. She takes time, answers questions, does not rush and clearly loves animals. The facility is really great too. All the support staff from vet techs to reception are all friendly and warm. Also, if your pet needs a special food or medicine ordering is integrated easily. I love everything about Birch Island Veterinary Hospital.

We have been taking our pets to Birch for over 5 years, a dog and cats. Each time they've treated our dependents with extra love and care. We never hesitated to board our doggy everytime we had to leave for a day or for 3 weeks. We take every opportunity to recommend Birch to our neighbors and friends.
