“I have seen Dr. Wilson for at least three years now. He is very patient and just an overall great doctor. I get very nervous at the eye doctor, but Dr. Wilson joked around with me and made me feel so much more relaxed, even during the dreaded eye puff test. He asked detailed questions about my family history and then explained all of the symptoms I should be looking out for as I get older. Compared to previous eye doctors, I see so much better now that I've been visiting Dr. Wilson. His staff (I'm so sorry I did not get their names!) were very helpful with explaining what my insurance covered and they helped me pick out cute glasses. Overall, I'd recommend everyone go here!“

“It was my first time visiting Dr. Dao for an eye exam, and the entire process was seamless. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, clearly explaining the four-step eye exam. Dr. Dao asked about the reason for my visit, and I explained it was for my annual vision check-up, mentioning that my current eyeglasses were uncomfortable when using the computer. He performed a specific reading test for computer use and explained that I need separate glasses just for that purpose, while my progressive lenses would be suitable for everything else. Dr. Dao was very reassuring, emphasizing that the goal was to make me feel more comfortable. I’ve seen several eye doctors before, but he’s the only one who made me feel truly confident and reassured.“

I was greeted with good vibes entering the store. The only thing I think could be improved would be name tags and titles perhaps. I myself always introduce myself as a healthcare professional and explain what my job is. I feel like that is a common courtesy. That’s just me.“

John greeted us as we entered; me with my ziplock bag of glasses parts and lens! He was able to find an inexpensive frame my lens, chewed but not broken, would fit in. I will be able to “see” during the remainder of my trip at which time I will see my Ophthalmologist in Georgia! Excellent Customer Service and in and out in only about 45 minutes!
