We live in Florida and early September is still very much in the throes of summer. So, you can imagine our distress and discomfort when our A/C died. We can’t say it was sudden, since our unit was 20+ years old. We bought this house 13 years ago this week and had been having issues with it the last few years. We had the inside capacitor replaced a month ago, a cord had gotten unplugged inadvertently by our lawn guy, my husband had replaced the outside capacitor, we had the outside unit fan replaced, and then finally we had a leak that caused all the refrigerant to leak out and that is how we ended up with a dead A/C. We called our usual company whose representative is wonderful, friendly, personable but his company is expensive. When he gave us the quote for a new A/C my jaw hit the floor. Erick and his crew came out within less than 24 hours. I had another company that was supposed to be replacing my system, however Florida Cooling was able to get the system done first. We had already been without for the last 5 days, in the dead of Summer here in FL so you can imagine how great full I was that they could make this happen! They came to my house ready to WORK and were able to replace the old system with a brand new one in a couple of hours. The house cools better then it ever has and we are no longer miserable.
