Called on Monday morning and extremely nice service technician was there by 3pm same day. Setting up appt was simple by phone. Fees discussed. We are enjoying our MUCH cooler air. Ron was very nice and helpful. He fixed the problem rather than tell us we needed a new A/C which is what a different repair company told us several years ago.
