Staff is friendly and welcoming but never sends over order forms for imaging. Or things over to insurance. Made me call around to different imaging centers to see if they’re in my insurance even though they can do that on their end bc it’s lowkey their job. Just kinda don’t do their jobs on the back end. Also it always takes an obnoxious time to get into your appointment.
I’m adding to this review and moving my 5 star to a 3 star. I went in for my 4 week follow up appointment after two previous procedures. I checked in at 3:35pm for my 4:00pm appointment. I wasn’t taken to a room until 5:15pm. The doctor came in at 5:34pm and I was back in my car by 5:45pm. It was a complete waste of my time and the issues I’m having aren’t resolved. My experience started out great as previously stated but this past appointment was ridiculous.
I have had an amazing experience so far as I'm still on my health journey. They have always been prompt with my appointment time. I've also had a colonoscopy and endoscopy here and everything went perfect....read full review

My GP added an endoscopy to my colonoscopy the day before surgery and it went without a hitch!
