Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly! On my initial consult LuLu was so very patient and understanding when we went over my treatment plan. I had my pre-op appointment today and they were so very thorough and thoughtful. I did not feel ashamed or embarrassed as I usually do. It was also nice to see that one of the ladies that is usually in during the procedure was up front following the process and seeing how that flows.I have my actual procedure coming up and I am completely at ease and confident about it.
