My search for a great nail spa has ended! Yutaim (pronounced you-time) is a wonderful gem off Argyle Forest Blvd. and Youngerman Circle.. Their artistry with nails is surpassed only by their exceptional customer service. Soothing music envelopes you as you step into this cozy shop. Smiling faces replace endless chairs with “nail drones” who won’t speak English. They take time and make sure you are happy before you depart the chair. Yutaim is definitely where you want to go for you-time!
If you’re looking for someone who truly takes pride in their work, Hai is amazing. I’ve been going to him for almost 6 years, and he never disappoints. He can do everything from a simple, clean polish change to detailed hand-painted nail art and airbrushed designs. No matter what crazy idea I bring him, he always makes it look even better than I imagined.
What I love most is his consistency and attention to detail. My nails always look flawless, last forever, and I constantly get compliments on them. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years. The environment in this establishment is so relaxing and the people who work there are super sweet. John has the best personality I have ever had in a nail tech and Mindy the owner has amazing skill. I just moved to Jacksonville and have been looking for a new tech and I think I have finally found her. Mindy was born to do what she does. She is so sweet and truly cares about her customers happiness❤ I would like to give her a big shout out for her kindness and her ability to meet and exceed her customers satisfaction!!!
