A/C Systems of Jacksonville, powered by Epic Cool Heating and Air Inc., is a trusted HVAC contractor. Customers are very happy with their work, describing the team as knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They are quick to respond and send someone out to the property, with one response time within a 4 hour window. Technicians are kind, never pushy, and take a thorough approach to troubleshooting, finding the actual issue without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The service is great, with reasonable prices and a professional experience that exceeded expectations. It is hard to find HVAC companies you can fully trust, but this is one of them, and they are the first choice for any A/C related needs.
Couldn’t be happier with Epic Cool. Had my whole system replaced in one day. Enea and the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They left the place spotless and most importantly cool. This is a company you can trust, not like alot of those other hvac companies out there.
Epic Cool Heating and Air Inc. exceeded my expectations. I assumed my thermostat needed to be replaced, but Enea and his team took a thorough approach to troubleshooting and found the actual issue. They fixed it quickly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find HVAC companies you can fully trust, this is one of them. Highly recommend!
Great people and service, very honest and transparent. Called on a Saturday and had two techs out the next day (to avoid an emergency charge) the tech were very friendly and for the service charge preformed a number of test within an hour and then came to me with the results and my options. Gave their advice and recommendations and left the decision completely in my hands with no up selling or any pressuring. Gave me a price for what they could do day of, some estimates on possible repairs down the road, and a quote if I went the rout of getting a new unit. Highly recommend them if you need any work done.
