My AC was maintaining cold air but leaking and freezing. Technician Bertin came out to diagnose issue and discovered leaking problem. He ordered the part and installed. Bertin was very professional and explained step by step what he was doing. He also provided maintenance tips. Dee was very empathic of my situation and kept me informed with updates and progress of the ordered part.
