We spent many months interviewing and studying local and regional general contractors and construction management firms and we are so incredibly grateful that we were able to find through a referral the most professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable firm in the Jacksonville area. Chase, Kim, Dean and the entire team took the project on as if it was their own home working to find that ever elusive balance of high quality but within a reasonable budget. Dean Russell Custom Homes is an outstanding builder. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Over the years, I have used at least 6 builders for renovations or building a custom home. They are by far the best. Good listeners and communicators. Top quality design. Superior construction. Excellent vendors - all of whom did a fine job of working with us to give us quality products while staying within our budget. The highest integrity. Over the years I have worked with multiple building companies. From home renovations to commercial build outs.The team at Dean Russel Custom Homes is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. This specific project presented multiple challenges that weren’t identified at the start and were all handled seamlessly throughout.Usually with these types of challenges you would expect delays in the completion of the project, but not with Chase, and team!We not only got done in time, the budget came in right on the dot.I highly recommend this company for any of your construction projects!Services: General construction
