“My experience with Roto-Rooter was really great, and took a lot of stress away from a stressful experience. My water heater broke on a Sunday and I had spent half of the day trying to call different plumbers to come out and look at it, and the only one who said yes was Roto-Rooter. Mike came out, took a look, let us know that we would need to replace it, and gave us an estimate. We decided not to do it that day in order to shop around; after looking, we decided to buy a hot water heater ourselves and call them back to replace it. Mike and Sergio came the day of the appointment, and were able to take my broken hot water heater out, haul it downstairs, take my new one up, and install it. It was all done quicker than I expected, and they were very friendly and transparent with everything, and I think their price was very reasonable.”
