After many questions and conversation, I decided to replace my water heater instead of repair given the age. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I sent him pictures and he quoted me almost immediately. I continued asking questions, and he continued replying throughout the day. I confirmed the water heater replacement, and he was here the next day. He installed everything perfectly, and carefully. The pricing was very fair. I highly recommend this company.“

“One year ago I called ProMaster to fix an issue with the hot water at my parents house. He offered what looked like a fair price and backed up his work with a guarantee to come out again if the issue wasn't solved. A man of his word, he came back the next day when we called to tell him the hot water was still out. Sure enough, he identified the real issue (had nothing to do with the water heater, but an issue with how hot water systems were built in older houses) and fixed it free of charge.One year later and its still kicking. Couldn't recommend this man enough. You've found the right place.“
