“Where do i start? Everything about our experience with Shawn and David was excellent. We bought our home knowing the previous owner had done some of the plumbing work himself, including a few rough basement hookups, and it was causing water pressure problems and other issues. Shawn spent a very generous amount of time checking and rechecking every pipe, valve, and connection to make sure nothing was missed. i have never had customer service like this from a plumber before. After the inspection, they put together a clear proposal, and the value honestly surprised us in a good way. They removed the old plumbing work that had been causing pressure trouble, fixed a shower faucet with piping that was too short, installed a new water heater, and added proper bathroom venting. they explained everything in simple terms, answered all our questions, and made the whole process easy to understand.
