Although the first time Francisco came he didn’t have the right filters for my RO system (it wasn’t his fault) he apologized and assured me he would be back with the filters needed. He did return and did the job with a smile and helped me put things back in the cupboard. Very nice man!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but Coppertown Plumbing Company definitely earned this one. I woke up on a Saturday morning to a leaking pipe and needed an emergency plumber in Homestead as soon as possible. I called them first thing, and to my surprise they had a technician at my house before noon.
Arturo Soto was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the leak and how he was going to fix it. The repair was completed quickly, and everything was left clean when he finished.
