My experience with Roto-Rooter was really great, and took a lot of stress away from a stressful experience. My water heater broke on a Sunday and I had spent half of the day trying to call different plumbers to come out and look at it, and the only one who said yes was Roto-Rooter. Mike came out, took a look, let us know that we would need to replace it, and gave us an estimate.
