I would highly recommend Pete Dospel for any construction project! He built our house 2 years ago and we couldn’t be any happier. Pete has continued to be available and helpful with any and all questions we have had including connecting us to any subcontractors. As with any new home there have been a few teething problems and Pete has handled all of these extremely quickly and efficiently. For example, last week we had a question about our swimming pool heater. We called Pete and he immediately arranged for the builders of the pool, Reef Pools, to come to our home, assess the problem and make the necessary changes.
