Not my first time coming here, but I figured I’d leave a good review because this is a very great urgent care. I’m sorry for the people that had bad experiences, but I have never had an issue coming here! I am greeted immediately at the front desk, I fill out my information on the tablet, and then return the tablet and then I am called back generally within 10 minutes. Today was barely 3 minutes and I was taken to the room and had my vitals taken and asked what was wrong and the nurse left and the doctor came back less than five minutes later. Went to this location to get taken care of symptoms i was experiencing and the front desk lady charlene was OUTSTANDING!! she showed great attitude, attention and care for everyone she was handling by herself on a busy friday afternoon and did not disappoint. i wish i ran into more health care workers like her she genuinely gave me a great experience through my visit .
