Raphael is so warm and supportive- she’s asks, “what are you doing” instead of “how you’re doing” which made such a big difference during a very difficult time. She knows how to shift the conversation and hug you over the phone with her voice. Raphael is so reassuring and Jim is so supportive and kind. Zac you have a blessed team, as you’re the leader who leads by example. May you continue to be blessed professionally and personally, we’re so thankful.“
