After many calls to other places and after speaking to Tricia I knew this was the place to have my mom's final wishes seen through. Tricia was very thorough in explaining everything as well as taking care of my mom right away and having her picked up from the hospital. Everything Tricia did was with kindness and empathy. She answered all my questions and gave me a sense of peace when speaking with her. I knew that my mom would be taken care of. Thank you Tricia as this sudden loss for me and my family was devastating yet you managed to somehow make it easier in such a terrible time of loss.
